【Cautions】

※Please present photo ID at check-in.
※Please measure the temperature regularly.
※Please pay by wire transfer or lump sum payment at check-in.
※As a general rule, refunds are not possible for reductions in the number of nights stayed or cancellations after entering the room.
※If you violate the hotel agreement even during your stay, we may refuse your stay.
※We will carry out cleaning once every three days.(Additional cleaning is charged ¥ 1,000 / time)
※Please ask the front desk for cleaning by 12:00 or instruct with a cleaning card.
※Towels will be provided daily in front of the room door.
※Used towels and garbage will be collected if you place them in front of the room door between 9:00 and 12:00.
